languages tie us to cultures as plants are tied to soil and animals to their indigenous habitats.  

experiences of diaspora, voluntary and involuntary, shift our consciousness and ways of being in the world.

in this circle, we think through how this loss (and sometimes, regaining of language!) impacts our connection with relatives, ancestors, friends and movements for liberation.  acknowledging and integrating the non verbal origins of all life on earth, we move wordlessly towards connection.
