the compulsion to look at one’s phone can have deeply embedded neural pathways. in this workshop for people ages 14 and over , we explore embodied strategies to “re-wire” ourselves deeper into the present, living moment and why we will not be able to achieve positive individual and collective goals while tethered to our phones.
