when you find yourself with moments of down time, what are you spending time doing?
the compulsion to look at one’s phone can have deeply embedded neural pathways, and for many, mobile phones feel like an extension of oneself. in this workshop for humans ages 14 and over , we explore embodied strategies to “re-wire” ourselves into the present moment and embodied experiences of being alive. we explore, from the subtlety of our unique inner systems, what we wish to move towards , ie move to that our phones may be keeping us from achieving or connecting with.
