full day weekday : $290 , $400 , $600 (6 am thru midnight)
full day weekend : $350 , $500 , $750 (6 am thru midnight)
full weekend : $900 , $1200, $1800 (fri late afternoon through sun eve)
tier 1: community work: small scale, not for profit, community benefit work , not otherwise supported or externally financed ( including parental support )
tier 2: events charging an affordable ticket or supported through small grants
tier 3 : externally supported events, high ticket prices , access to wealth
