Bright, clean private dance studio with natural light and hardwood floors wonderful for movement, therapy, art and special events with a large projection wall for movie screenings.
What we offer :
800 square feet of quiet, private, light filled, ada accessible, clean, tidy space with calming vibes, good energy and lovely appearance. In our studio you will find a video projector, projection wall, dvd player and beautiful old school sound system (+ all digital hookups).
Space can be used for events ranging from movement workshops, therapy, yoga classes, microcinema / movie screenings, shoe free dance parties, performances, staff day retreats, workshops and more.
This versatile space has a relaxed professional appearance with two comfortable, well made and elegant arm chairs and a range of pillows.
Multiple elevator building, multi stall bathrooms down the hall.
We offer our space to groups, artists and individuals doing care work and good in the world.
We rent our space by the day or weekends. July and August 2026 we are offering full week rentals.

Our ideal renters are using the space mostly food and drink free (we do offer a water filter), and are interested in cultivating a long term relationship.

Friendly, kind and responsive in person answers to all your of questions and make sure you have what you need for your events.
Please note that sometimes on evenings after 7 pm and on weekends, elevator is only accessible through a key card, so please plan accordingly. There are many options and workarounds for this. These include sending a door person to the lobby, leaving a key card in the elevator or having friends text upon arrival.

full day weekday : $300 , $400 , $500 (6 am thru 11 pm) full day
weekend day: $350 , $500 , $650 (6 am thru 11pm)
full weekend : $600 , $750, $1000 (fri eve through sun eve)
full week rental (July and August only): $850, $1200, $1500
tier 1: community work: small scale, not for profit, community benefit work , otherwise not supported or externally financed ( including parental support )
tier 2: events charging an affordable ticket or supported through small grants
tier 3 : externally supported events, high ticket prices , access to wealth
we offer sliding scale and competitive rates for days and full weekends.
all rentals are subject to a fully refundable $250 deposit for key and elevator card.
